About Bloc Party
British indie rock outfit Bloc Party emerged in the mid-2000s, blending angular guitar riffs, dance-floor rhythms and emotive vocals into a sharp post-punk sound that helped define the era’s alternative scene. Renowned for kinetic live shows that fuse tight musicianship with soaring sing-along choruses, the band has built a reputation for energetic performances that translate studio intricacy to the stage. The group will launch a 15-date European headline tour on Nov 11, 2026 in Berlin, traversing Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom and Ireland before concluding on Dec 2, 2026 at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro.
