Tour Alert is a web application that helps users track musical artists and receive notifications when those artists announce new tour dates. The Service aggregates publicly available data from third-party sources including Bandsintown, Ticketmaster, and Reddit.

We do not sell tickets, represent artists, or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any tour or event information displayed.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications

5. Third-Party Data

The Service displays data sourced from Bandsintown, Ticketmaster, and Reddit. This data is provided for informational purposes only. Tour Alert makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of third-party data.

Use of this data is subject to the terms of the respective providers. Tour Alert is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bandsintown, Ticketmaster, Reddit, or any artist represented in the Service.

6. Notifications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional and alert notifications related to artists on your watchlist. You may disable email notifications at any time from your account settings.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Tour information displayed in the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify event details directly with official artist and venue sources before purchasing tickets.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tour Alert and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
