About LINKIN PARK
California-born nu-metal pioneers Linkin Park blended rap-rock, electronic textures and soaring melodies to dominate early-2000s charts. Their sound, built on heavy guitar riffs, turn-table scratches and emotive vocals, set a template for modern alternative metal.\nLive shows have earned a reputation for high-energy mosh-friendly atmospheres, elaborate visual production and a willingness to evolve, especially after the 2017 loss of Chester Bennington. The band returned with new frontwoman Emily Armstrong, delivering fresh vocal dynamics while preserving their signature intensity.\nRecent activity includes headlining Rock in Rio Lisboa and Download Festival 2026, a televised performance on America’s Got Talent finale with winner Nene Royal, and an announced support slot on Metallica’s M72 North American tour. No solo tour dates have been confirmed yet, but the band remains active on the festival circuit and in high-profile collaborations.
