About Overkill
New York-born thrash metal stalwart Overkill has been a relentless force since the mid-1980s, delivering fast-paced riffs, snarling vocals, and a gritty, no-frills sound that helped define the East Coast thrash scene. Renowned for punishingly tight live shows, the band’s concerts are famed for high-energy aggression, tight musicianship, and marathon touring schedules that have kept fans screaming for decades. The group will open its 2026 run on November 15, 2026 at the JJ Arena Ataşehir in Istanbul, Turkey, the sole headline date announced so far. No additional stops have been disclosed, leaving the Istanbul concert as the only confirmed engagement for the year.
