About Sleep Token
British alternative metal project Sleep Token blends atmospheric synths, heavy guitar riffs, and soulful vocals to create a genre-defying sound that emerged in the late 2010s. Their music weaves emotive melodies with dynamic shifts, often described as a modern take on alternative metal. Live shows are renowned for theatrical lighting, masked performers, and an immersive, almost ritualistic atmosphere that has built a dedicated cult following. The band’s concerts are praised for emotional intensity and meticulous production, though they have taken extended breaks between touring cycles. As of October 2026 the act has no announced tour dates and Ticketmaster lists no upcoming shows. The latest activity is the May 2026 release of an instrumental version of "Even In Arcadia," which topped charts in the UK and US and secured the band’s first Grammy nominations.
