About Vampire Weekend
Brooklyn-based indie rock collective Vampire Weekend blends bright guitar riffs, world-music rhythms, and witty lyricism into a polished, bar-band-ready sound that defined the early-2010s indie scene. Their live shows are celebrated for tight musicianship, inventive setlists, and an ability to translate studio intricacy to energetic stage performances, often drawing enthusiastic crowds across North America and Europe. After a series of world-tour dates in 2024, the band returned to the United States for two well-received shows at New Jersey’s Wellmont Theater on September 15-16, 2025, marking their most recent live appearances to date. No further concerts or festival slots have been announced for 2026, and the group remains without confirmed touring plans.
